Four Steam cars are now loaded ready to go to the Melle tour in Germany. Top left - a Stanley 740B, owned by Peter and Sarah Hounslow and their son George. Top right - Stanley model 70 owned by Alan and Clair Barkley. Bottom left - Stanley model K owned by Basil Crake. Bottom right - Stanley model R owned by Steve Baldock. All leaving for Germany on the 30th June 2016.
Stanley Steam cars were present at an event in Heydon, England. In the pictures below are four of the Stanleys. A 1910 Stanley model 70 first left, a 1909 Stanley model R second left, a 1908 Stanley model K third from left ,and a Stanley model 735 A condenser far right.
Shown in the photo below is Ralf Denman's Stanley 10hp model 62 steam car on display. Ralf is in the process of restoring the car to a very high standard.
Ralf Denman's 10hp Stanley model 62 is shown in the picture below. This car is well know in his home village.
Peter Turvey has won a prize at a local show. The Stanley 10hp model 607 steam car shown in the picture below is his very well restored car.
Dudley Watts' Stanley model 735A steam car shown in the photo below was on display at the Museum of the Broads in Stalham, Norfolk, England.
In the photo below is Arnoud and Anita Carps 1904 10hp White Steam car on display in Dordtretch. It has been fully restored by Arnoud to a very high standard.
Hi Thanks to everybody who let steam cars park in the stable yard, film the next day and drive around the park. Both the Mill and steam-car episode should be on BBC 2 in August or September.
