Ma'am and sir,

We have previously communicated with Mr. Roessler. We are sending this this note to confirm that Mary and I look forward to attend the 2017 event. We have flight tickets, and reservations at the Van Der Volk hotel from 27 April to 2 May. We are not bringing a car to this event.
