Alternator fitted to steam car12/29/2017 "all the gas cars on the road have a 1kW+ alternator onboard, why can't we?" This one was modified to generate at 10 MPH and put out 30 Amps , it is fitted to a Stanley condenser steam car. Rolly

Steam car diff converted to take alternator12/29/2017 Here are some photos of another conversion I did for a 30 HP 1910 Stanley rear-end, making the patterns for the casting was a little challenge, but it all worked out. I fitted it with O rings for the connections to the rear end hubs. Rolly |
